Rui Cerqueira

Rui Cerqueira has extensive experience in communication and journalism, currently serving in the role of Assessoria de comunicação e imagem at FC Porto since June 2019 and as Apresentador/Comentador at Porto Canal since October 2016. Previously, Rui held the position of Diretor de comunicação at FC Porto from August 2007 to September 2016 and worked as a TV/radio journalist at RTP from September 1992 to July 2007. Rui's career in radio journalism began at Rádio Lidador in 1990, followed by roles at Rádio Placard and Antena 1, culminating in a solid foundation in the industry after earning a Licenciatura in Journalism from Escola Superior Jornalismo between 1989 and 1992.
