Penny Borella has extensive experience in HR and operations, holding various leadership roles in different companies such as Futerra, PetCure Oncology, and Dealtime Inc. With a background in government and legal studies from Bowdoin College, Penny has managed recruitment processes, provided HR expertise, and implemented compensation structures across multiple industries. Specializing in asset management, finance, and sales & trading, Penny has built and maintained relationships with clients and internal stakeholders throughout their career.
