Jean-Christophe Lesguillier is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and project management within the chemical and recycling industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at FUTERRO since March 2025, Lesguillier is instrumental in the implementation of a significant biorefinery project in France, focusing on engineering and stakeholder relations. Previously, as EVP of Projects and Operations at Plastic Energy from January 2022 to March 2025, Lesguillier contributed to long-term strategy and business execution. A substantial tenure at ExxonMobil from March 1995 to January 2022 included roles such as Business Development Executive for the Alliance to End Plastic Waste and Circular Economy Executive, emphasizing project development and circular economy strategies. Education includes a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Chemical Engineering from CPE Lyon and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.
