Amy Bates

Amy Bates has a solid background in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and Quality Assurance, currently serving as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Futura Systems, Inc. since February 2015. Prior experience includes working as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Tech Center for GIS from August 2013 to May 2014 and as a GIS Assistant at the University of North Georgia during 2011-2012, where responsibilities included reorganizing the department web page and creating a new student handbook. Amy holds a Master's degree in Geographic Information Systems and Technology from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Environmental Spatial Analysis with an IT Concentration from the University of North Georgia.
