Anand Matam

Anand Matam is a seasoned GIS professional with extensive experience in the field of software development and project management. Currently serving as a Senior GIS Developer at Futura Systems since February 2017, Anand previously held the role of Lead GIS Developer/Manager at AdroIT Software & Consulting Inc. from June 2004 to February 2017. Anand's expertise encompasses software analysis, design, and implementation, alongside direct technical coordination with sales teams to enhance client satisfaction. Prior roles include Senior Software Engineer/Project Lead at Magnasoft Consulting India Pvt. Ltd., Software Engineer at Weston Knowledge Systems and Solutions India Pvt. Ltd., and Project Associate at the Center for Development of Advanced Computing, where Anand engaged with clients to provide tailored GIS solutions. Anand's academic background features a Master of Technology in GeoExploration and a Master’s Degree in Applied Geology, both from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Geology from Nowrosjee Wadia College, Pune University.
