Michael Christensen

Michael Christensen has over a decade of experience in customer support roles, currently serving as Support Team Manager at Futura Systems since September 2013, where previous positions included Technical Support Lead and Customer Support Specialist. Prior to this, Michael studied Geographic Information Systems at Brigham Young University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography in 2013. Between 2011 and 2012, Michael also worked as a Zone Coordinator at the Missionary Training Center, where responsibilities included managing communication and strategies for over 65 individuals across two languages.
