Quian Carlisle

Quian Carlisle, MOT, OTR/L, is an experienced occupational therapist currently serving at Heritage Healthpro since August 2022 and working as a PRN occupational therapist for Reliant Rehabilitation since May 2021. Quian has also held positions at Opus Post Acute & Rehabilitation and FutureCare Health since September and June 2018, respectively, providing Level II fieldwork. Previous roles include a rehabilitation technician at The Weston Group Inc and Agape Senior, as well as various Level I fieldwork experiences at Heritage Care, Arden Courts, and NMS Healthcare. Quian holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Trinity Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina.
