Kathleen Tampoya

Kathleen Tampoya is an accomplished professional in human resources and talent management, currently serving as the Vice President of People and Talent at Future since January 2025. In addition to this role, Kathleen is a member of StartupExperts, a community of HR, Finance, and Operations leaders dedicated to mutual support and professional development. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Director of People and Talent at Autograph from January 2022 to June 2025, and had a long tenure at C and C Consultants where roles included Vice President of Recruiting/Operations, Director of Global Technical Recruiting, and Executive Recruiter, Co-Founder. Kathleen has also pursued professional development through Harvard's Executive Education program and holds degrees from Creighton University and the University of Arizona.
