Karl Hawes

Karl Hawes is an experienced professional in business development and consulting, currently holding positions at Future Comp LLC and Micro-Ant LLC since October and June 2023 respectively, while also serving as a consultant for Aegis Innova, LLC since November 2019. Hawes has a notable background in the composite materials industry, having previously held various leadership roles at Boston Materials, including Vice President of Product, Sales & Marketing, and Technical Sales Manager from November 2019 to May 2023. Earlier experience includes roles such as General Manager at Eclipse Composites Engineering and Nammo Composite Solutions, as well as Director of Business Management at Nammo Composite Solutions. An educator, Hawes took on the role of Guest Lecturer in Industrial Design at Iowa State University from January 2020 to March 2023.
