Karan Asrani is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various areas of law, currently serving as Legal Counsel at Future Consumer Limited since January 2023. Prior experience includes positions as Legal Associate at SSB Legal & Advisory, Associate specializing in Securities Law at R V Legal, and roles in insolvency and bankruptcy law at Orbit Advisors. Karan's earlier career featured litigation roles including Litigation Attorney at BJ Law Offices and Litigation Associate at CK Legal, with appearances in the Hon’ble Bombay High Court. Karan holds a P.G. Diploma in Securities Law and an LLB from the University of Mumbai, complemented by a Bachelor’s in Commerce from LS Rajeha.

It has also commenced its operations for marketing and distribution of oats and oats-based cereal products in India through its subsidiary company at Sri Lanka.
