Service Management Team

The Service Management Team at Future Directions CIC is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and efficiency of social care services provided to individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. This team coordinates service transitions, manages projects and volunteer initiatives, develops and implements new services, and ensures the effective management of specialized and extra care services across various regions. They also focus on infection control and maintaining high standards of care across different facilities.
