Stephen Griffith is an experienced engineering professional specializing in design and applications within the composites industry. Since February 2014, Stephen has served as Principal Design & Applications Engineer at Future Fibres, where responsibilities include training project engineers and developing design tools to enhance efficiency. Prior experience includes roles as Project Engineer and Service Technician at Future Fibres, focusing on custom rigging solutions for sailboats and manufacturing carbon and aramid cables. Earlier positions include Project Engineer at Gillespie Corporation, managing the design and production of custom elevators and hoists, and machine operator at JPMorgan Chase. Stephen holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University and is a Certified Composites Technician from IYRS School of Technology & Trades.
