Dr. Himani Sharma

Dr. Himani Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their career began in 2001 at ICICI Bank, where they served as a Demat and Online Trading Executive, managing front office operations and maintaining client relationships.

In 2005, Dr. Sharma joined Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd as an Operation Incharge, where they built and maintained client relationships through effective servicing techniques and implemented customer service training programs.

From 2006 to 2008, they worked at JIMS as a Manager - HR, where they developed compensation and performance management strategies, coordinated with governing body members, and defined training needs for various departments.

In 2008, Dr. Sharma joined Futures First Info. Services Pvt. Ltd. as a Manager - HR & Operations, and gradually progressed to roles such as Sr. Manager HR & Operations, AVP - HR & Operations, and eventually Vice President - HR and Operations. In these roles, they were responsible for talent acquisition strategies, international hiring, employee satisfaction surveys, HR decision-making, training and development, grievance handling, and employee onboarding/offboarding.

Throughout their career, Dr. Himani Sharma has demonstrated expertise in HR and operations, implementing best practices and driving employee engagement and satisfaction.

Dr. Himani Sharma has an extensive education history that includes several degrees and certifications. Dr. Himani completed their MBA in HR and Marketing from Pacific Institute of Management in 2005. In 2009, they pursued a PhD in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the University of Rajasthan, which they completed in 2012. Dr. Sharma obtained a Certified HR Analytics & Metrics Professional certification from People Strategists in 2014. In 2020, they received an NLP Practitioner Certificate in Psychology from The Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. Currently, Dr. Sharma is pursuing another PhD in Strategic Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
