Kate Lazaroff-Puck

Kate Lazaroff-Puck currently serves as the Vice President of HR Strategy and Operations at Flagship Pioneering since November 2024. Prior to this role, Kate held various positions at McKinsey & Company from September 2018 to July 2024, including Expert in the People and Organizational Performance Practice, Adaptability and Resilience Product Owner, and Global Manager for the Future of Work Initiative. This work included developing a training program that won the Silver Brandon Hall Award in 2022 and consulting on the implications of automation and generative AI on employment. Additionally, Kate has experience as a lecturer at Tufts University, and has worked in treasury at The D. E. Shaw Group and in energy markets at EnerNOC. Kate earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Tufts University.
