Jeff Gantt

Jeff Gantt serves as President of Future Forward Partners since April 2020, where partnerships with enterprises and private equity firms focus on enhancing software product management, solution architecture, and engineering capabilities. Prior to this role, Jeff founded and launched SkillSplice at KMS Technology, Inc., a platform that consolidates work capabilities and achievements. As CEO and Founder of Polaris Mobility, Jeff developed a digital brokerage for Non-Emergency Medical Transport (NEMT) that was acquired in 2021. Experience also includes senior positions at WellRyde, nuVizz Inc., AirWatch, Elemica, and Manhattan Associates, with a solid foundation in product management and development across diverse technology areas. Jeff Gantt earned a BS in Logistics from Penn State University.
