Jane Hervey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2017, they founded Future Front Texas, a nonprofit organization, where they serve as the Executive Creative Director. In this role, they have successfully scaled the organization's mission, budgets, and operations to serve a large Texan audience, manage a staff of four, and collaborate with partners, sponsors, donors, and volunteers.

Jane co-founded GFLN in 2014 and held the position of Director Of Ecommerce. Jane managed various aspects of the ecommerce apparel platform, including fulfillment, content production, sourcing, and product design.
From 2014 to 2017, Jane worked at Neon Cantina as the Director of Content Production and Marketing. Jane managed marketing staff, oversaw campaigns and brand development, produced content, and handled digital marketing strategies for Texts From Last Night and GFLN.
In 2013 and 2014, they had a role as a Contributing Viral Writer for BuzzFeed, where they achieved high popularity and views. Jane was also the Founding Editor in Chief of ORANGE Magazine from 2013 to 2014.
Additionally, Jane worked as an Editorial Intern for Reader's Digest Association and participated in the Intern Program of the American Society of Magazine Editors (ASME) in 2014.
