Arriarne currently works at Future Fund as the Director of Corporate Communications. Prior to that, they were the Manager of Public Affairs & Strategic Relations at the same company.

Before joining Future Fund, they established their own corporate advisory consultancy called Cobalt Advisory. As the Director of Cobalt, they provided strategic counsel on public relations, reputation management, crisis management, and media relations to clients.

Arriarne also has experience in the legal sector, having worked as the Head of External Communications, Australia at Herbert Smith Freehills. In this role, they managed significant reputational issues for the firm and provided advisory services to the global executive and leadership teams.

Arriarne has also held positions at Reputation, Ashurst, Bupa Australia, Freehills, Promina Group Ltd, AMP Henderson Global Investors, and HCF of Australia Ltd. In these roles, they were responsible for various aspects of corporate communications, public affairs, media relations, and brand management.

Arriarne Kemp-Bishop obtained their Year 12 Certificate from St. Clare's College Canberra between 1986 and 1991. Following this, they pursued a degree in BA Communications with a focus on Public Relations and Marketing at the University of Canberra from 1992 to 1994. During their studies, they engaged in several fields of study such as PR, Journalism, Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Writing, Business Communications, and Advertising.
