Jennifer Gao

Jennifer Gao is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in content strategy, curriculum development, and people-related policy design. Currently serving as Manager of Academy Content at Future Fund, Jennifer leads content initiatives aligned with organizational culture and talent development, having previously held roles as a Senior People and Policy Consultant and People and Policy Consultant. Jennifer has a strong academic background, with lecturing positions at the University of Melbourne and Deakin University, and research expertise in multicultural identity, HR trends, and qualitative methods. Jennifer holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Auckland, along with a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) and a Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts conjoint degree.
