Robyn Weatherley

Robyn Weatherley is an experienced governance professional currently serving as Board and Company Secretary at Future Fund since November 2021. Previously, Weatherley held the role of Board Secretary and Governance Advisor at Ambulance Victoria from March 2017 to November 2021, contributing to one of the leading pre-hospital emergency services in the world. During a one-year secondment at Forensicare from July 2019 to June 2020, Weatherley was instrumental in establishing foundational governance frameworks. Weatherley's expansive career also includes significant roles at Cbus Super Fund as General Manager, Governance, and at National Australia Bank in various capacities, including Head of Governance Integration and Associate Company Secretary. Weatherley possesses a strong educational background with qualifications from prestigious institutions, including the University of Oxford and the Governance Institute of Australia.
