Simone Hartley-Keane is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief People, Culture and Inclusion Officer at Future Fund since May 2025, Simone has previously held significant positions including Chief People and Culture Officer at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, Executive Director Human Resources at Carbon Revolution, Human Resources Director at Pacific National, and Vice President Human Resources at GE Capital. Simone began a career in human resources as Group General Manager – Human Resources at Country Road Group. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Business and a Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations & HR Management, with additional studies in Employment Law and Organisation Design from RMIT University.
