Vidya Iyer

Vidya Iyer is currently serving as the People, Culture and Inclusion Coordinator at Future Fund since January 2023. Previously, Iyer worked as a Market Researcher at EY Sweeney and as a People and Culture Intern at CPA Australia, where responsibilities included supporting employee lifecycle administration and talent acquisition. Iyer's consultancy experience includes projects for Bunnings, focusing on HR applications of Artificial Intelligence, and for Kitl, examining market trends in Australia. Earlier roles include Human Resources Intern at WhiteHat Jr, conducting extensive applicant screenings, and Business Development Intern at GrayQuest, where client engagement and deal closures were emphasized. Vidya Iyer holds a Master of Management in Human Resources from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Mumbai.
