Susmita Gope

Susmita Gope is an experienced HR professional with a solid background in human resources management. Currently, Susmita serves as Managee-HR and Deputy Manager-HR at Usha International since May 2018, while simultaneously holding the position of Assistant Manager-HR at Shoppers Stop since December 2013. Susmita's career began at Future Group in June 2010 as an Executive-HR. Educationally, Susmita holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from the Institute of Engineering & Management, completed in 2010.
