Robert Lynn has a diverse range of work experience. Robert began their career as a Commando in the US Army Special Warfare Center from 1993 to 1997. Robert then worked at Bank of America from 2012 to 2015, where they held various roles including CS Mortgage Sales Manager and Sales Manager for the HLM CS Sales-Spanish Unit. In 2015, they joined Ditech Financial LLC as a Senior Loan Officer, where they helped create the Jacksonville Outbound Team and funded over $40 million in loans. Since 2017, they have served as the Chief Executive Officer of Future Home loans, where they focus on providing customers with mortgage solutions.

Robert Lynn obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Russian and finance, with a second Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Affairs, from Florida State University. Robert completed their education at Florida State University from 1997 to 2000, focusing on the field of International Finance. Additionally, Robert has obtained certifications in Executive Certification from the Jim Moran Institute for Global Entrepreneurship in June 2021, and in Advanced Russian Linguistics from the DoD Inspector General in March 2013.
