Michele Harris - Carter

Michele Harris-Carter possesses over 25 years of experience in the real estate profession, with a focus on appraisals, property management, and sales in Florida for the past 14 years. Currently serving as the Managing Broker at EXIT P.R.E.S. REALTY since October 2021, Michele also holds a position as a Licensed Sales Associate at Future Home Realty since July 2014 and is a State Certified General Real Estate Appraiser for Preferred Real Estate Services since September 2005. Previous roles include managing brokerage operations, forensic appraisal reviewing, and senior staff appraisal at various firms.
