Jay Koganti

Jay Koganti has extensive experience in supply chain management and leadership, having served as Vice President of Supply Chain COE and Executive Director at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. from March 2009 to December 2015. Prior to that, Jay held various managerial roles at Deloitte from January 2005 to January 2009 and was General Manager at Onida from January 2001 to January 2005. The early career includes a position as Senior Engineer at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India from January 1996 to January 2000. Currently, Jay is a Transform Coalition Member at Future Insights Network since November 2021. Educational qualifications include a General Management degree from Harvard Business School and studies at Amaravaninikethan.
