Steve is currently a non-executive Director of Westpac Banking Corporation and was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Morgan Stanley Australia from 1998 to 2016, and then Vice-Chairman until February 2019. He also served a five-year term as a Guardian of the Future Fund of Australia.
