Marjorie Wilson

Marjorie Wilson serves as the Global Head of Privacy and Data Protection Officer at Spotify since April 2018, leading efforts to responsibly manage personal data for enhanced user experience. Wilson has also been an Advisory Board Member at the Future of Privacy Forum since October 2020. Prior experience includes senior legal roles at Microsoft where responsibilities included privacy counsel for various business units, and as Owner of the Law Offices of Marjorie Wilson, providing legal counsel across technology development for diverse businesses. Additional roles include positions at Hewlett-Packard and Hunton & Williams LLP, complemented by a law clerkship for Hon. R. Lanier Anderson III. Marjorie Wilson holds a JD from Emory University School of Law and a BS in Computer Science and Statistics from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
