Future of StoryTelling
Pippa Tsuki Carlson is an accomplished urban studies student specializing in architecture at Barnard College, with extensive experience in media production, photojournalism, and communication. Currently serving as a Production Intern at Future of StoryTelling since July 2025, Pippa previously worked as a Transcript Editor for Freakonomics from January 2023 to May 2025, focusing on accuracy and detail in podcast transcripts. Pippa has held various roles at Columbia Daily Spectator, including Senior Staff Photographer and City News Deputy Photo Editor, while also gaining experience as a Media Production Intern at Ripple and a Script Writer for Immigrantly Podcast. As the Head Fellow for Barnard College Speaking Fellows, Pippa is involved in cultivating skilled public speakers. Additional experience includes a role as a Communications Intern at EMBRACE Action and a Farmer's Market Assistant at Prevedelli Farms. Pippa studied abroad at Columbia University in Japan during early 2024.
