Daniel Mijic

Daniel Mijic has held a number of roles in the technology industry since 2005. Daniel began their career as a Software Developer at Appium AB in 2005. Daniel then worked as a Software Engineer at Tedkompile AB and a Software Engineer/J2ME Developer at Networks In Motion Sweden AB in 2006. In the same year, they also worked as a Software Engineer (Consultant) and Software Developer (Consultant) at SonyEricsson Mobile Communications. In 2008, they founded Brizon and worked as an Owner and Founder. From 2009 to 2017, they were Co-founder of Frontcell Mobile Agency and was involved in app development, UI/UX decisions, meetings with stakeholders, negotiating budgets, and roadmap planning. From 2014 to 2017, they were iOS Lead at Aftonbladet, Sweden's biggest newspaper, and was responsible for tech lead for the iOS team, close collaboration with product owners and stakeholders, and introducing tools for improving overall code and product quality. From 2017 to 2019, they were CTO of Maitres AB, a startup in the restaurant business, and was responsible for heading the entire tech strategy, leading and setting up processes for (external) dev teams, planning and driving the product road map, and coming up with solutions both tech and product-wise. Finally, from 2019 to 2020, they worked as a Solution Engineer at Future Ordering.

Daniel Mijic obtained a Master degree in Computer Science from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University from 1999 to 2005.
