Andrew Thomas

Andrew Thomas currently serves as the Director of Accounting & Control at Future, overseeing financial and internal control supervision, month-end close processes, audit relationships, and group balance sheet integrity. Previously, Andrew held the position of Head of External Reporting and Technical Accounting at IWP UK, managing statutory audit processes for 75 legal entities and advising on technical matters related to financial reporting standards. As Director of Finance and Operations at Oracle Cancer Trust, Andrew played a key role in ensuring best practices in financial reporting and funding management for the charity. Andrew's career at BT Group spanned 18 years, culminating in the role of Head of Group Statutory Accounting, where responsibilities included managing group statutory accounting and leading IFRS conversion initiatives. Andrew holds an MBA from Kingston University and is a member of ACCA.
