Stephen Heylings

Stephen Heylings is a seasoned corporate development professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. Currently serving as Corporate Development Director at Future since 2024, Heylings previously held the position of M&A Director at Inchcape plc from 2021 to 2024, where strategic M&A initiatives were developed and executed across markets in Europe and Asia. Prior to this, Heylings was the Regional Finance Director at Imperial Brands PLC, overseeing a substantial revenue division, and also served as Global Head of M&A within the same company, managing the group’s M&A growth agenda. Earlier career stages included roles at EY, where expertise in transaction management and financial due diligence was honed. Heylings is a Chartered Accountant, with academic credentials from the University of Warwick and professional qualifications from ICAEW and ICAS.
