Le Xiao

Le Xiao has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as a Work Log System Programming Analyst at Ultrawise Incorporated Corporation. From 2016 to 2017, they served as a Cyber Security Research Analyst at USC Information Sciences Institute, where they designed and built algorithms, utilized machine learning and natural language processing technology, and developed complex reports using SQL. In 2017, they joined the Alzheimer's Therapeutic Research Institute as an Associate Software Engineer, where they led the development of clinical data cohort, developed and managed clinical data processing tool kits, and executed the development of RESTful APIs enabling public data access. They also served as a Programmer Analyst II, where they developed strategies to increase team efficiency, delivered intelligent QA applications, and defined key performance indicators and metrics for the operation process. Currently, Le Xiao is working as a Technical Product Manager at Future Proof Advisors, where they partner with company founders in developing a tech concierge for the elderly population, formulate analytic reports, and synthesize and analyze data for customer behavior, competitive positioning, marketing outcomes, audience insights, and industry trends.

Le Xiao completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Northeast Electric Power University from 2011 to 2015.

They then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California from 2015 to 2017.

Following that, Le Xiao went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Professionals and Managers from the University of Southern California from 2019 to 2022.
