Aisha al-Janabi

Aisha Al-Janabi is a Media Officer at Wellcome Trust since January 2024 and has been a Content Editor at Future Science Group since November 2021. Aisha worked as a Freelance Journalist from August to December 2021 and served as a Science Writer for Chemistry World from July to August 2021. During Aisha's tenure at The University of Manchester, Aisha was a Faculty of Science and Engineering Online Ambassador in 2020, supporting chemistry students. Aisha also held roles as Lifestyle Editor and Deputy Film Editor at The Mancunion from September 2018 to June 2020, demonstrating leadership and organizational skills. Additional experience includes waitressing at Off to Work and engaging in sustainability initiatives as an Ambassador at The University of Manchester. Aisha's career began as a Barista at Karma Bread Bakery. Aisha earned an Integrated Master's degree in Chemistry from The University of Manchester (2017-2021).
