Lars-Henrik Friis Molin has a diverse work experience across various industries. Lars-Henrik is the Founder of Talent Venture Group since 2018. Lars-Henrik was a Board Member and the Founder/Chairman of Universum for 30 years until it was acquired in 2018. Lars-Henrik is also the Founder of Future Talent Council since 2016 and Co-Founder and Initiator of Just Arrived Sweden since 2015. Lars-Henrik has also founded and held leadership positions in companies such as Nova 100, UBI Global, Talent Inc., Nebula Ventures, Constellation Group AB, and Cap Prive. Lars-Henrik'swork spans areas such as talent management, entrepreneurship, employer branding, and luxury travel.

Lars-Henrik Friis Molin obtained their MBA in Marketing from the Stockholm School of Economics, where they were enrolled from 1984 to 1993.
