George Bone is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent consultancy and recruitment. Currently serving as the Director at Future Talent Group since April 2025, George advocates for the Southwest technology ecosystem while engaging with diverse clients across the UK and Europe. George also contributes as a STEM Ambassador, promoting STEM education through outreach to schools and youth organizations. Prior to these roles, George co-founded Amber Resourcing and held the position of Associate Director, and co-founded and managed Bonski Marble. Earlier experience includes leading a team at Opus Recruitment Solutions. George holds a BA Hons in Business and Management (Marketing) from Bath Spa University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
