Josh Simpkins

Josh Simpkins is an experienced professional currently serving as Co-Founder at Future Talent Group, advocating for the Southwest technology ecosystem and supporting various clients across the UK and Europe. As a STEM Ambassador, Simpkins engages with schools and youth organizations to connect STEM subjects to real-world applications. Previously, Simpkins worked for nearly a decade at Sanderson, where significant contributions included leading recruitment efforts in technology and engineering, managing teams, and facilitating large-scale hiring projects. An early career at Dick Lovett Group involved roles in BMW Aftersales, culminating in a certified technician completion through a technical apprenticeship. Josh holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Bristol Business College and has completed several internal qualifications and training programs throughout a diverse career.
