Greg Reyes

Greg Reyes has over 38 years of work experience in the telecommunications industry. Greg began their career in 1981 as an Operations & Maintenance Technician at Telecommunications Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TSTT) formerly TEXTEL. In 1990, they moved to Rogers Wireless (formerly Rogers AT&T and Cantel) as a Technical Support Engineer. In 1996, they joined Ericsson as a Technical Support Specialist (on LTA) and Technical Support Specialist in Toronto, Canada. In 2004, they moved to Ericsson Canada as a Service Delivery Manager. In 2005, they returned to Ericsson as a Technical Solution Manager, Ericsson Delivery Manager (EDM) and Service Delivery Manager. In 2010, they moved to Huawei as a Customer Services - Wireless (LTE/UMTS/GSM) providing Technical Support / SPOC (TAC), Technical Support / TSD (Technical Service Deployment) and Technical Support / TSS (Technical Service Sales). In 2014, they joined ZTE USA, Inc. as a Post & Technical sales support. Greg is currently a Senior RAN Engineer at Future Technologies Venture, LLC.

Greg Reyes attended John S Donaldson Technical Institute (UTT - University of T&T) and Trinity College, moka, maraval, trinidad. No additional certifications have been reported.
