Nico Enriquez is a Principal at Future Ventures, responsible for sourcing, conducting due diligence, and supporting investments while serving as a Board Observer. Previously, Nico served as an MBA Associate, where significant contributions included the discovery and diligence of investments in geothermal and pesticide replacement technologies. With a background in energy commercialization as a Tech to Market Graduate Fellow at the U.S. Department of Energy, Nico provided go-to-market strategy recommendations after extensive research with industry leaders. As the CEO of Willie's Superbrew, Nico successfully led the company for over eight years, transforming a college idea into a successful brand before its sale to private investors. Academic credentials include an MBA focused on Business and Climate Tech from Stanford University, an ongoing MS in Sustainability Management from Columbia University, and a BSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from Brown University. Research experience includes roles at prominent institutions, contributing to significant publications in the fields of synthetic neurobiology and systems biology.
