Kieran Kelly

Kieran Kelly has a diverse work experience spanning over different roles and companies. Kieran is currently working as the Director of Consulting at Future Worx since February 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Client Services at the same company from August 2020 to February 2022. Before joining Future Worx, they served as the Managing Director at Sei Mani (now Future Worx), a digital workplace service provider, from December 2018 to August 2020. Additionally, they worked as the Collaboration Practice Lead at Sei Mani from February 2015 to August 2020. Kieran started their career as a Collaboration Practitioner at Sei Mani in February 2014 and served until February 2015.

Before their tenure at Future Worx and Sei Mani, Kieran worked as an Enterprise Collaboration Consultant at Headshift from November 2012 to 2013. In this role, they collaborated with fellow consultants to design and produce social business strategies and provided advisory services on collaboration and social strategy to various companies.

Furthermore, Kieran gained experience as a Jive Social Business Consultant at Logica/CGI from December 2010 to November 2012. Kieran was involved in the implementation of a Jive social collaboration solution for a government agency. Kieran attended a training session with Jive's head of strategy and self-educated in Jive capabilities and social business concepts.

Earlier in their career, Kieran worked at Logica as an Adobe LiveCycle Consultant from December 2008 to December 2010. In this role, they contributed to the delivery of an e-form and case management system for a government agency. Kieran facilitated workshops with the client to determine e-form requirements and produced the functional specification for the e-form solution. Before that, they held the position of Software Developer & Acceptance Test Leader from September 2007 to December 2008, where they worked on an orbital satellite project, led the final phase of software development and change for a specific package, and was designated as the acceptance test champion for a subsystem.

Overall, Kieran Kelly has a rich and varied work experience in the field of digital workplace services, collaboration, social strategy, and software development.

Kieran Kelly completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Computer Science at Brunel University London from 2003 to 2007.
