Sudarshan Kadam

Sudarshan Kadam is an experienced professional with a strong background in learning, development, and human resources. Currently serving as Director of Learning and Development at FutureBridge since November 2017, Sudarshan has previously held key positions such as Associate Director in Human Resources at FutureBridge, Head of Training Content & Knowledge Management at Transven Consulting Pvt Ltd, and Deputy Manager Training at WNS Global Services. Other roles include Manager Training at Cox & Kings and Assistant Manager Training at WNS Global Services. Prior to entering the training sector, Sudarshan worked as a Credit Risk Manager at Serco and a CC Service Manager at GTL Limited. Sudarshan holds an MBA from the Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and a BSc in Chemistry from the University of Mumbai.
