Paula Leedham

Paula Leedham is an experienced consultant currently working at FutureCert: Building Certification and Approvals since March 2024. Previously, as an Education Consultant for the Association of Independent Schools of NSW from May 2022 to May 2025, Paula focused on continuous improvement in school leadership and capability development. Other notable roles include Organisational Change Manager at MetaPM, where a structured change management plan was implemented for a major digital project during Covid-19, and Program Director for Extra Curricular at Kambala, leading significant growth in both revenue and participation in extracurricular activities. Earlier positions include Director of Teaching and Learning at Lathom High School, and a foundation in sales and account management at Worldwide Solutions Group, Inc. Paula holds a Master's Degree in Teaching and Learning and several other relevant qualifications.
