With experience in companies such as Van Drunen Farms, FutureCeuticals, and Deli Star Corporation, Charolette has led R&D teams, developed new menu items, and played key roles in product development strategies. Charolette has also worked as a personal chef, line cook, and shift leader, showcasing their versatility in the culinary industry. Charolette holds a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Science from The Culinary Institute of America.
