Prior experience includes volunteering as an NHS Responder during the Covid-19 pandemic, providing support to vulnerable individuals. Kevel has held positions within the recruitment industry, including Senior Associate at Adrem Group, a renowned design recruitment specialist, and Principal Consultant roles at TGM Consulting and Granite Search. Previous experience also includes a Senior Recruiter position at Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd and a team leadership role as Senior Finance Specialist at Perfect Day, managing a team of financial sales consultants. Kevel holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from De Montfort University.
