Rachel Murray is the founder of Futureheads and has over 20 years of experience in the digital industry. Rachel started their career at Aquent in 1999 as a digital manager and was responsible for the strategic direction of the company's digital offering. In 2007, they moved to Recruit Media, where they worked closely with candidates and developed long-term relationships with many of them. Rachel also managed a team of 7 members and was responsible for the strategic direction of the company's digital offering. In 2009, they left Recruit Media to start their own company, Futureheads.
Rachel Murray has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Southampton and an MSc in Psychology from Southampton University. Rachel is currently a PhD candidate at the University of Southampton, researching the psychological effects of social media on young adults.
