Muhammad Irfan

Muhammad Irfan has been working in the Human Resources field since 2003. Muhammad began their career at MTM Garments Faisalabad as a Human Resources Officer, where they were responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance appraisal, salary and benefits, and training and development. In 2006, they moved to Zain Exports International as a Human Resources and Admin Officer, where they were responsible for recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance appraisal, salary and benefits, and team building. In 2008, they joined InterLogics (Software House Lahore) as a Manager of Human Resources, where their key responsibilities included advising Head HR & Administration for all HR systems, analyzing HR requirements, overseeing employment contractual obligations, and more. In 2010, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Gourmet Foods, where they observed 100 outlets with 2500 staff members and was responsible for recruitments, documentation, HR policies, salary, compensation, and benefits. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at FutureNow Technologies as an Assistant Zonal Project Manager and Site Project Manager, where they worked on a government project involving 26 diseases. Finally, they are currently a Manager at Systems Limited.

Muhammad Irfan's education history includes completing a Diploma in Computer from Icp. Computer College Fsd in 1997, a German Language Diploma from University Leipzig in 1995, an F.S.C from Degree College Quetta in 1993, a B.Sc in Science from Baluchistan University Quetta in 1995, a Diploma in Computer Application from MatriculationIslamia High School. Sukkhar (Sindh) in 1988, and an M.B.A in Marketing from Punjab University Lahore in 2004.
