Filip Valica

Filip Valica has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Filip is currently serving as the VP Strategic Partner Development at FutureOn, where they focus on their SaaS platform FieldTwin. Previously, they worked as a Fellow at Congress Avenue Ventures, a Venture Capital firm and community for UT Austin alumni investors. Filip also held positions at Forum Energy Technologies, Baker Hughes, M2 Subsea, Harkand, Sunsign Services, and West Fourth Partners, where they gained experience in product development, project management, engineering, and consulting. Additionally, they founded The Product Startup website and podcast, providing guidance to entrepreneurs and small business owners. Overall, Filip has demonstrated expertise in strategic development, cross-functional collaboration, and business growth.

Filip Valica received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and Business Foundations Program from The University of Texas at Austin in 2004. From 2020 to 2022, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at The University of Texas at Austin.
