Isabelle Pouncey

NZTC Innovation Project Lead

Isabelle Pouncey is an innovation lead focused on energy transition, currently spearheading an R&D project at FutureOn to develop capabilities in the wind sector. Previously, they worked as a marine consents consultant for the Morven Offshore Wind project during a secondment with X-Academy, contributing to one of the UK’s largest offshore wind initiatives. Isabelle began their career as a subsurface team intern at Enegi and has since held various roles in geoscience and project management, including leading significant decommissioning projects at Canadian Natural Resources Limited. They earned a Master’s Degree in Petroleum Geoscience from the University of Aberdeen and are continually enhancing their skills through professional development courses.
