Tiffany Steel has a diverse range of work experience in various industries and roles. Tiffany started their career as a Freelance Marketing and Communications professional, working on contract positions from 2008 to 2015. Tiffany then worked as a Tourism Marketing Coordinator at Port Macquarie Hastings Council from 2011 to 2014. From 2010 to 2011, they held a position as an Events, Media, and Business Development Officer at Regional Development Australia - Mid North Coast.
In 2015, Tiffany joined the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service as a Marketing Coordinator, where they were responsible for managing marketing efforts for the emergency aeromedical and rescue services provided by the organization.
In 2016, they took on a Branch Director role at Business in Heels, where they focused on helping women in business through networking and development opportunities. In the same year, they also worked as an Events and Communication professional, providing support to City of Gold Coast and The Driven Business Edge.
From 2016 to 2021, Tiffany worked at Nu Skin Enterprises as an Executive, promoting and selling their skincare and nutritional products. During this time, they used a unique business model and exclusive ageLOC products to help clients achieve financial freedom and defy the aging process.
In 2017, Tiffany briefly joined City of Gold Coast as a Project Support Officer and Business Engagement Hub member, assisting with various projects and business workshops.
From 2019 to 2021, Tiffany worked at Parkes Shire Council, first as a Parkes Elvis Festival Sponsorship & Marketing Coordinator, and later as the Parkes Elvis Festival Director. In this role, they managed the operations and marketing efforts for the annual festival, which celebrates the birthday of the King of Rock and Roll and attracts thousands of visitors each year.
Most recently, in 2023, Tiffany joined FuturePlace as the Director of Operations, where they oversee the overall operational activities of the organization.
Tiffany Steel completed an Executive Certificate in Event Management in the year 2000 at the University of Technology Sydney. Prior to that, in 1994, they obtained an Advanced Certificate in Travel & Tourism from Metropolitan Business College in Canberra.
