Tom Davies

Tom Davies currently serves as the Director of Advisory Services at FuturePlace, a B2B conference company focused on providing an intelligence and networking platform for c-suite leaders in construction and commercial real estate. Previously, Tom held the position of ANZ Sales Lead at Zembr, overseeing Australia and New Zealand sales teams, as well as managing sales teams in the UK and USA. Tom's experience also includes serving as Director of Delegate Sales at Forefront Events, where responsibilities encompassed people management, sales strategy, and budget management. Earlier in the career, Tom was a Sales Department Manager at Virgin Atlantic, leading sales teams in a contact center environment and focusing on performance metrics such as customer satisfaction and net promoter scores. Tom Davies is an alumnus of Swansea University.
