Jessica is the VP, 3(16) and Institutional Service at FuturePlan. Her industry experience includes multiple years in the banking industry in lending, compliance, and business growth. She also boasts several years of experience at a national retirement recordkeeper, engaging extensively with plan sponsors on the administrative requirements of their plan. Jessica leads a team of experts who take the complex topic of 3(16) fiduciary responsibilities and deliver a robust, yet simple solution. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Iowa State University.
